Welcome to misc-dev!
About
This repository contains miscellaneous classical texts encoded in TEI P5 or EpiDoc formats. The files are encoded by the Open Greek and Latin research team (researchers and student assistants).
While adequate, more can and should be done to improve the XML (the -dev(elopment) suffix indicates the repository is open to improvement).
Contents
Lexica
- Karl Ernst Georges (1910) Kleines deutsch-lateinisches Handwörterbuch. Hannover und Leipzig: Hahnsche Buchhandlung.
Editions with facing translation
Each file contains both the source text and the facing translation. These, however, don't always appear in sequence: some files display the entire source text at the top and the translation at the bottom (albeit with page references), whilst others follow the edition layout (source text-translation, source text-translation, and so on). File issues, if any, are documented as sub-bullets.
